FlexPro is an expense management platform that provides receipt scanning, expense tracking, and report generation services. The Service uses optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to extract information from receipts and documents.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Paid Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months of service

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including receipts, expense data, and reports. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is fraudulent or deceptive

6. Accuracy of OCR

While we strive for high accuracy in our OCR processing, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for official purposes such as tax filing or reimbursement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Share your account with others
